Personal Branding is very important to a person's career as it an action in people’s lives where they take an active role. 

Firstly, inputs trust to yourself and others like your classmates or colleagues is able to motivate and succeed in your personal life. Why?  Having a personal brand also creates intentions that are clear and genuine, which are key to fostering trust. 

Second, personal branding helps to build connection in a different field and our own field too. 

Other than that, personal branding aids a person in establishing his name as a thought leader and expert in his area of specialty.  A company will most likely to hire someone who is is more visible to their audience, along with a good reputation from others. 

Confidence will be found in people who are developing their personal branding. Self-esteem will sore when positive qualities and strengths from the individual are able to share publicly. 

Lastly, the power of authenticity in a person. In developing this personal branding, it is best to reveal the real you, in skills, passion, goals, and value. Everyone has their own flaws, personal branding aids to minimize a person's weakness.
