Consider a subtitle so the reader knows what your project is about e.g. If someone was searching for research on cultural diversity and contemporary art practice they may not locate your research if it is called “The Three Cinderellas”.
Changing the topic to a name thats relevant to cultural identity and contemporary issues. Maybe, " The three cinderella", a twist in cultural identity in a typical fairy tale story.
Good start on definition, add explanation on how the term cultural identity relates to your project. Also clarify use of term – acceptance e.g. what do you mean by acceptance? Acceptance in what way? See feedback in proposal re methodology.

In terms of your documentation/blog Do some more research e.g. explain how the blogging process serves your research process.
Give more reasoning and explanation towards active documentation and documentation through blogging.
Give an example or use a quote and then as above explain how this is relevant to your process/methods. The organization aspect is the two sentences at the end of your introduction that provides navigation for your reader e.g. you explain how your dissertation will be structured.
Rethink chapters/subheadings, make these relevant to what you will discuss in each section. Have you located some theory about Cinderella or the use of fairy tales as a way to connect with different cultures? Your current theoretical discussion only really talks about cultural identity so would be good to do some more searching for relevant texts.

When you talk about your artist models remember to discuss how these practices are relevant to your project. Include less biographical material and more analytical/critical writing about the artworks you deem as important reference points in your project. Did you have any annotated texts?
