Art History: BVA 312 - 08/10/2019 (Structuring a question - advice from Traci )

Traci remark on my questioning: (08/10/2019) 

I wanted to talk about the art market during the 21st century, but the content is too little. I found out that I am also interested at the beginning of all this. Why art is only targeted towards western culture? But China is growing rapidly in finance and economy, the same goes for India and other countries which are known as the 3rd world country.  

However, this is so far I can think of. The question constructed below is the development of my question with the help of Traci. 

How has globalization affected the expansion of the art market in the 21^st century and has it benefited the artist or the art market over the other?
